Интервальные тренировки наиболее эффективны как для сжигания жира, так и для придания рельефа вашему телу. Все зависит от типа упражнений. Можно как подтянуть мышцы, так и накачать их. Данный тип тренинга именуется Табата.
Название произошло от японского ученого (спортивного врача) девяностых годов, который работал над изучением анаэробных и аэробных упражнений. Он нашел методику, позволяющую работать одновременно в двух направлениях. Это - превосходная программа тренировок, которую используют атлеты практически всех видов спорта, приводящая к быстрому сжиганию жиру, увеличению выносливости, построению мускулатуры. Фитнес не исключение.
В чем суть?
Все довольно просто - после разминки вы выполняете упражнения по следующему плану:
1. В течение короткого промежутка времени (обычно это двадцать секунд) выполняйте одно из упражнений (пресс, велосипед, отжимания и т.д.) с наибольшей интенсивностью.
2. Отдохните десять секунд.
3. Повторитесь еще семь раз!
Это очень просто и невероятно эффективно. Помните что выполнять упражнение нужно интенсивно настолько, насколько вы сможете. Ваши мускулы должны жечь! После десятисекундного перерыва вновь приступайте в упражнению. Не "тормозите"! Важно сохранять уровень интенсивности и не потерять температуру тела. Ваши мышцы должны быть горячими!
Наиболее подходящими упражнениями для табата тренеровок являются комплексные упражнения. Важно чтобы упражнение задействовало как можно больше групп мышц: приседания, выпады, прыжки на месте с полуприседа, велотренажер, беговая дорожка.
Особенно эффективны в фитнесе сочетания нескольких упражнений в одном. Например прыжок вверх + отжимание, выпады + мостик, подьем ног + наклоны. Упражнений масса!
Между прочим десять секунд отдыха должны быть абсолютно спокойными. Никаких разговоров с друзьями, просмотра телевизора, употребления воды и прочего что может вас надолго отвлечь! Ровно десять секунд и ни секундой больше. Единственное что вы можете сделать это записать количество повторений которые вы успели выполнить за 30 секунд.-Программа Табата - это короткая высокоинтенсивная форма интервальной тренировки, которая работает одновременно над Вашей кардио- и мышечной системой. Ее можно выполнить достаточно быстро, и поэтому она является идеальным видом тренировки для женщин, которым катастрофически не хватает времени и которые хотят избавиться от жира и привести свое тело в тонус перед отпуском.
Что такое Табата?
«Ваше тело настолько привыкает к привычному виду тренировок, что часто оно просто требует перемен. Табата как раз то, что нужно. Она очень эффективна, если Вы хотите повысить свою выносливость, сменить стиль тренировки, сместив акцент на проработку мускулатуры, или изменить свое тело за короткий промежуток времени. Она превосходно подходит для целеустремленных людей, которые хотят достичь быстрых результатов».
Главным критерием программы Табата является время. Тренировки состоят из циклов по 4 минуты. Каждый цикл — последовательность восьми упражнений. Вы выполняете первое упражнение с максимальным напряжением и скоростью в течение 20 секунд (не слишком перенапрягаясь, чтобы остаться в тонусе), затем отдохните 10 секунд, и начинайте следующий цикл, продолжая в том же порядке до восьми циклов. Теоретически после разминки Вы можете ограничиться одним циклом в четыре минуты, остыть и принять душ, и даже при этом Вы получите результат. Но наша тренировка состоит из пяти циклов по четыре минуты, в целом получается 20 минут. Такая тренировка позволяет проработать все тело и достичь максимальных результатов. Каждый цикл включает два упражнения, которые направлены попеременно на работу над верхней и нижней частью тела, заставляя кровь двигаться и менять направление, тем самым помогая быстро повышать частоту сердцебиения и напрягать все мышцы тела. Попеременная проработка частей тела также помогает избежать перенапряжения какой-либо части или возможной травмы.
Поскольку Табата высоко интенсивна, все, что Вам нужно, — тренироваться всего три или четыре раза в неделю. В идеале, после выполнения программы Табата нужно выполнить упражнение на кардиосистему, например, бег, ходьба, езда на велосипеде или гребля, это способствует сжиганию жира в большем количестве.
